The Materion Corporation purchased EIS Optics in October of 2011, expanding EIS range of thin film coating capabilities. This new range of thin film options supports intricate high performance coatings for new optical technologies. Materion also provides specialty coating development and a large manufacturing facility and sales staff in North America.
